In short: we do not store visitor information. This website has one booking form, and we use what you send through it only to arrange and confirm your tour.
1. Who we are
CATERING ASAP LLC ("we", "us", "our") organizes guided tours of the Meteora monasteries, based in Kalabaka, Thessaly, Greece. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website or use our booking form.
2. Information we receive
The only information we receive is what you choose to type into the booking form:
- your name and email address
- your phone number, if you provide it
- your preferred tour date and group size
- which tour you're interested in
- any message you write, if any
Please do not include sensitive information such as passport numbers, payment card details or health information in your message.
3. How we use your information
We use the details you send only to read your request, check availability and reply to you about your booking. Your message reaches us by email through a secure form-delivery service. We do not add your details to a database, a marketing list or a customer tracking system, and we do not use them for advertising. Our legal basis for this processing is to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. What we do not do
- We do not create user accounts.
- We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this website.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not transfer your information outside the European Economic Area.
5. Cookies and technical data
This website does not set cookies. Our website hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to identify or track visitors.
6. Sharing your information
We share your information only with the service providers needed to deliver your message to us (for example, the form-delivery service and our email provider), and when the law requires it. These providers may handle your message only to provide their service to us.
7. How long we keep it
Your message stays in our email inbox for as long as needed to arrange your tour and handle any related questions afterward. You can ask us at any time to delete it.
8. Your rights under GDPR
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) or your local supervisory authority. To make a request, contact us using the details in section 10.
9. Children
Our booking form is intended for adults arranging travel. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
